摘要：This paper proposes a new TOPSIS with interval type-2 fuzzy numbers. The extension applies graded mean integration to compare normal fuzzy trapezoidal sets. It is demonstrated by a numerical example for ranking business intelligence software that the TOPSIS modification can operate with qualitative and quantitative criteria, reduces evaluation uncertainty and provides a feasible solution.
