摘要:Chenopodium ambrosioides (L.) is well known for its use in traditional Moroccan medicine through its antiseptic, antifungal, etc... To study the biological effect of the essential oils of the plant and determine its active principle, first of all, we proceed by characterizing the chemical composition of the essential oils from four regions of Morocco: Salé, Agadir, Meknes and Mrirt by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectromety. Essential oils obtained were analyzed by GC-MS. To compare the chemical composition of these four essential oils, we realized the main composition analysis (PCA). To search for new chemotypes of the essential oil of the Meknes region, we chromatography the essential oil of Chenopodium ambrosioides (L.) on column in the liquid phase at atmospheric pressure (CPL). We note that there are very significant differences in the composition percentage especially for Terpinolene, p-Cymene and p-Cymen-7-ol. The percentages of α- Terpinene obtained from the essential oils of regions Mrirt and Salé are similar, while for the other regions, a significant difference is observed. It is also noted that the p-1,3,8-Menthatriène exists only in the essential oil of Mrirt region. In addition, PCA shows the separation of the three groups. The difference in composition observed on essential oils investigated, is likely to be related to abiotic factors such as climate specific to the regions of the samples' origin, and geographical factors such as altitude and soil.
