摘要：In cellular networks, as a result of the heterogeneous network layout, a number of community, in the entire network, micro base station district energy management issues that need to be unified management and scheduling, and combined with the flow of communication and transport business and the efficiency of energy management, the development of energy management system based on cloud computing platform, according to the system, can have better energy efficiency, realize the communication and the advantage of energy balance. This article mainly from the two aspects of theory and actual implementation of this management system research.
