摘要:To provide information about the level of patient satisfaction with the dental care provided at the Faculty of Dentistry at Ajman University, 135 randomly selected patients, 50 males and 85 fe- males, were surveyed. A questionnaire was used to collect data on personal details and information regarding current visit and use of the dental service. Most patients were Arabs; a minority were Indian. Most were satisfied with the care provided except for explanation of treatment options and the remote- ness of the clinic. Measuring level of satisfaction is an important factor towards improving the service provided and should be monitored regularly.
