  • 摘要:Human resource makes up primary element of an organization. Human resource training and development are absolute necessities for it. In pragmatic, training and development program have positive influence on both individual and organization. Training Need Analysis (TNA). performance problem, new system and technology and also automatic and habitual training . It is a need analysis at the workplace which is specifically meant to find what actually training needs as a priority. Information of the needs will help organization in employing resources effectively and prevent unnecessary training activity.
