摘要：Today the only way to survive in competitive markets is through innovation and creativity, which play an important role in the success of an organization. In comparison with the conventional projects, innovative projects are challenging and impose enormous costs to companies and organizations, so classifying and breaking innovative projects can be worthwhile to reduce the risk of performing. From the managerial point of view, classification of innovative projects plays a significant role in reducing time and cost for companies. Over the past few years, the innovative process was considered by several researchers, but there is a gap between classification of innovative and conventional projects. In this research we try to answer this question; is there any factor to classify innovative projects? This paper attempts to explain a general classification of innovative project and their details in different field of science. The research design applied to this paper was content analysis. After reading this paper, you can classify all the innovative projects. Our aim is to achieve an overall model to explain and separate all innovative projects.
