摘要:The physics teaching community and the teacher educators are extensive with contradictory opinions about the indicators of students' performance in physics at senior secondary level, but personal experience is a poor substitute for rigorous investigation. After collecting data from 200 physics students, 50 physics teachers and 50 teacher educators, it can offer a more universal picture of those indicators. We found indicators of performance and persistence while controlling for demographic differences. Amongst them the dominant indicators were lab experiences, classroom demonstrations, and mathematics facility.
