摘要：Analyzing time consumption investigation, in this article we observe that tax reduction contribute to consumptiongrowth and saving reduction in time public debut is financed by loans.Anyway tax reduction is not an efficient incentive for consumption growing, it creates a virtual consumption growth.Tratarea consumului în timp este un studiu ce poate fi pus la baza unui şir de probleme, inclusiv a problemeiprivind datoria de stat [1].
