摘要:The text shows a research’s detailment made with teachers in the early years of elementary school (AIEF) in Recife-PE, whose goal was to understand the construction of the multipurpose teaching profession. Their focus is to discuss prospects for initial teacher training to professional qualification for AIEF, considering training as first requirement of professionalization. Are indicated three perspectives through reflection on the structural elements of polyvalent : i) the importance of the education’s foundations; ii)) research as incipient formative principle iii) literacy profile and the deepening of the study was developed interdisciplinarity. The study was development through a critical-dialectical look observing contradictions, multiple determinations and increasing the understanding of the teaching of the natural content in AIEF and aspects of their totality.
