摘要:This article discusses the influence of Resource-based Socio-environmental Strategy (RBSS) on causal ambiguity. From the perspective of the Resource-based View of the Firm (RBV), causal ambiguity works as an isolation mechanism that prevents imitation by competitors. The RBSS was operationalized by the following constructs: social orientation, stakeholder engagement, environmental improvement, and human capital. Data were analyzed using linear regression. We found that the hypotheses concerning Social Orientation and Stakeholder Engagement were partially supported, whereas the ones concerning Environmental Improvement and Human Capital were not
