摘要：Information and communication technologies extend the access to world scientific production. The research fail to occur only at local or regional levels to happen worldwide. The present work, theoretical study, aims to discuss the scientific production and its availability through information and communication technology. We understand that Brazil has significantly improved the number of scientific publications, however, we need to strive for quality.
