摘要：This article intends to present the importance of recognizing the legal status of environmental refugees for people who are obligated to leave their homes and move to other countries because of natural disasters. In view of thousands of people, victims of environmental disasters had to leave their countries, in order to survive, are fundamental public policies and specific laws that these people are up in their new destinations that have medical care, psychological, legal support and educational, and that they are guaranteed human dignity and citizenship, and the rights of these arising. The subject is complex (precisely for this reason will not be exhausted in this text), and involves several branches of law, with emphasis on human rights, environmental law, constitutional law and international law.
