摘要:The article identifies the key concepts of the study, describes organizational willingness and readiness of researchers for innovations, investigates the problem of researchers’ readiness for implementation of the e-library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (NAPS of Ukraine), examines the psychological barriers for innovation, outlines the features of the organization and innovation interaction, develops the recommendations for reducing the psychological resistance to the introduction of an electronic library of NAPS Ukraine and possible measures to prevent social and psychological threats.
