摘要:The text discusses the links between work and development in both its positive and negative aspects, highlighting, among such aspects, the predominance of the existence as well as the absence of employment. It emphasizes the participation of the employee in the development process itself, whose completion demands a decent work as an imperative condition. It takes into account the UN 1986 Declaration, from which one infers the employee’s right to be included in that process, besides the guidelines of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), in its quest for establishing a universal and harmonic concept of decent work .
