摘要:Employee commitment has been an important factor to determine the success of an organization. Employee commitment to an organization has acquired increasing demand as it aids the organizations to retain more staff and thereby increase in achievement, productivity and effectiveness. No organization in the current ambitious world can execute at peak levels unless each employee is committed to the organization’s objectives and performs as an effective team member. The employment of good employees is thus demanding but of even extensive significance is the organizations ability to create a committed workforce. The aim of the study is to determine when employees who are engaged in their work & committed to their organizations give their companies crucial competitive advantages – including elevated productivity and lower employee turnover and employee engagement is enduring predictor of concrete organizational performance clearly showing the two-way relationship between employer and employee compared to the three constructs: job satisfaction, employee commitment and employee engagement.
