摘要:Contemporary communication and information technologies are altering interaction processes and dynamics between individuals. As a result, other knowledge fields are taking avail of this possibility and are making new forms of knowledge production emerge: teaching through the Internet. We converge the concepts of mutual interaction and Web 2.0. In this essay, using on-line focal groups as a participative building form for knowledge. From this connection, we seek to understand how this technique, which has the possibility of mutual interaction as its principal basis, can help in the substantiation of the Web 2.0 format in such environments. In this sense, as a result, the parameters that might guide the use of online focus groups in virtual learning environments are presented, suggesting them as a potentially effective tool in the collaborative construction of knowledge.
