摘要:This paper analyzes the impact of the Young Brazilian Parliament (PJB) in the institutional political participation of former members. The analysis is based on a survey conducted in 2014 to PJB graduates from 2006 to 2013, which is 27.48% of the universe. The findings indicate significant percentage of motivated young people participating in politics, which is in stark contrast to survey data from young people in general. Among graduate males there is no great motivation or interest in party politics either. The main conclusion is that to promote the political education it is necessary to promote trust in the political institutions and stimulates their involvement by changing the disenchantment and deinstitutionalization with the political process.
