  • 摘要:The article sets out to discuss to the mainstream thesis of the school applied to the gender relations, showing the capacity of the educative systems to generate opposite effects to which it is predicted by the «reproduction theory». For it, are taken in account the results of the educative systems in the world and the micro process of interaction in university spaces, through the direct observation of the behavior of men and women and of the systematic analysis of speeches produced in occasion of interviews and group discussion, for the Uruguayan case. One concludes proposing a theoretical interpretation on the different levels of the normative construction of the school reality.
