摘要：The present work approaches ardent questions about San Francisco river. Water use and public investments aspects are initially treated, both to energetic production and expansion of irrigated areas. In a second plan, productive restructuring of space from the Growth Acceleration Plan of Lula government and the continuity of resistances fights aiming the construction of hope spaces are considered.
