摘要：Changes in both the production process and labor organization have led to the emergence of new jobs, and the obsolescence of some others as well. Bogota’s labor market has not been an exception to all this, and this has been the main motivation for the creation of the research project “New, Emerging and Transforming Jobs”. This project aims to assemble a methodology which allows to screen the features surrounding the most dynamic occupations. For the pilot stage of this project, we selected the Information and Communication Technology Sector (ICT). On this paper, we succinctly describe the main features of the methodology, and the main fi ndings in terms of most dynamic and emergent occupations.
