摘要：Currently, in the academic and enterprising world, great importance and emphasis have been given for the formation of strategical alliances. However, there are few available studies related to the formation and the consolidation of national and international strategical alliances in Brazil. Thus, the present article aims to contribute for the development of the subject in question, by presenting and analyzing a successful case of trategical alliance in technology and innovation between a foreign company, Nokia, and a national one, Gradiente.
