  • 摘要:This research is focused on an exploratory study developed with the Pymes managers in Bogotá D.C. and their rolores as intrapreneurs. Using their leadership to impel the innovation into the organizations . The study is aimed at determined how Pymes employers in Bogota D.C. incentive into the organizations the individual or group innovations. Therefore, it is possible to think that managers lead the innovation process, which is classified gradually according to companies needs to improve their competitiveness. The organization must have an organized culture intrapreneuring with flexible structure to generate individual autonomy. An important Pymes characteristic is the amount of capital risk needed. Because of this, it is necessary encourage their work and their risk tolerance.
