摘要:In this text, the authors mobilize arguments that have supported curriculum proposals centralized versus decentralized and discuss the roles that are attributed to teachers in these modes to set the curriculum and school education. In more specific way, the text focus the challenges that in Portugal are placed to schools and teachers in building innovations that create changes to improve the quality of learning and to contribute to greater social justice. The text enunciate too the possibilities and constraints that the teachers have to face.
