摘要:The assessment of graduate programs is a necessity for adaptation to social and labor demands. The objective was to evaluate the MBA program in Management and Development of Education of the ESCASTO-IPN, through the Soft Systems Methodology (MSS), it provided a comprehensive thinking of the actors involved in the issue, doing CATWOE particular analysis by mnemonic, achieving a comprehensive income based on the PNPC criteria - CONACyT. Three questionnaires were applied validated. A prominent result is the need for training of cadres in areas such as: emotional intelligence, regulation, ethics and transparency. In conclusion, the graduate acquires a new commitment, neglecting the commodification of education and become generator critics, analytical and proactive especially in turn are generating innovations in favor of quality education.
