摘要：Las instituciones comprendidas en el Derecho familiar necesitan sus propias reglas y proyecciones sin salirse del Derecho de Familia, que es el interés familiar, no concebido como núcleo independiente. En el paradigma de relaciones que en ella se establecen, nacen intereses relativamente colectivos y como institución necesariamente está integrada a la sociedad, por lo que se plantea que forma parte del Derecho Social. El trabajo efectúa una revisión crítica y expone las razones que permiten expresar la prevalencia del orden público en el Derecho de Familia. De manera que se logra establecer el criterio de observar a la familia no como sumatoria de individuos, sino como unidad colectiva, a modo de conglomerado humano en cuyo seno se disfrutan los más delicados goces del espíritu humano.
其他摘要：The institutions within the family law need their own rules and projections without departing from the Family Law, which is the family interest, not conceived as separate core. In the paradigm of relationships established therein, are born relatively collective interests and as an institution is necessarily integrated into society, so it is suggested that part of the Social Law. The investigation makes a critical review and exposes the reasons that express the prevalence of law and order in Family Law. So, it establishes the standard of the family watch as the sum of individuals but as a collective unit, as a human conglomerate within which enjoy the finer pleasures of the human spirit
