Après avoir brossé un tableau del'entreprise innovatrice, nous étudierons son comportement et en particulier celui de samain-d'oeuvre suite à l'introduction et à l'utilisation de la technologie informatique.L'analyse des résultats laisse entrevoir de profonds bouleversements dans la main-d'oeuvresi certaines des tendances observées dans ces entreprises se généralisaient.The innovation organization: A look at the future. — In a study of computer utilizationcarried out in 1708 Québec organizations, somme 150 of those organizations are usersof CAD and/or CAM technologies. For the purpose of this study, they are identified asinnovators. Our gênerai hypothesis is that the innovative organizations will differ fromail other organizations using computer technology both in terms of the degree of pénétrationof technology and in terms of the subséquent impact of this technology on the numberand the productivity of différent catégories of employées.
