摘要：The field of individual learner differences in teaching and learning a second language is a special area of which there are many controversies and differences of opinions among the SLA teachers and experts around the world. But there is no denying the fact that the differences that exist among different learners of a second language have significant impact on their performances. So, the knowledge and awareness of the existence of these differences among learners help teachers a lot when they perform as teachers. This paper investigates into how the teachers’ knowledge of the learners’ individual differences enriches second language teaching and finds out that this is an assistive tool in enriching SLA teaching.
