摘要：By analyzing the development of environmental issues, this paper finds that environmental issues in modern society are tightly linked with human activities, which is presented in such features as high-tech background and its risks, complicated conflict of interest, the unity of objective facts and subjective constructivism, etc. To solve modern environmental issues, we have no choice but to be assisted by democratic forces, which specifically depends on public participation in environmental issues.
