摘要：The author of this article, through data collected in the field investigation by the research group and meanwhile based on the analysis of such data altogether with the combination of social and economic factors, analyzed the rural labor resources allocation status as well as causes of its deficiencies in Sichuan province. As a result, the author put forward the targeted suggestion in order to provide profitable reference for the corresponding policies.
