摘要：This article focuses on the confrontation between Blanche and Stanley in Tennessee Williams’ famous play A Streetcar Named Desire, in order to reveal it is not only a confrontation of two individuals, but two cultures—the South and North America, and discusses Tennessee’s intention to create these figures in his play.
