摘要：The article describes the conceptual model of innovative projects efficiency estimation, studies the major aspects of innovative projects efficiency estimation: economic, systematic, informational, proves that the information aspect is the basic tool of the analysis. The model of “three qualities” of innovation is presented. The structure of conceptual models of efficiency estimation is described. The article discloses kinds of innovative projects efficiency, depending on scope of innovation, kinds of project efficiency, depending on key indicators of the innovative project.
