摘要：Sochi 2014 Olympic project has a national scale and is a national priority of the Russian Federation. Therefore, management of the project is carried out at all levels: federal, regional and municipal. It requires the establishment of comprehensive information and analysis systems for projects monitoring. The article considers the basic implementation principles.
