摘要：This paper compares and analyses four chosenprogramming languages i.e. C, Fortran, C# and Java based oncertain runtime tests to understand the basic differencesamong the programming languages. We have also measuredthe performances of the chosen languages in various cases.The result obtained in various cases is also shown in thispaper.
