Estas fontes nos fornecem informa..es sobre práticas de tortura, sujei..o e flagelo, e concep..es políticas que baseavam a constitui..o do império Assírio. No presente trabalho abordaremos o tratamento dado às na..es dominadas, percebendo características que buscam a legitima..o, e a normatiza..o de poder e declara..o de guerra e violência, acompanhada de concep..es ideológicas implícitas na composi..o dos relevos que narram às batalhas que foram amplamente representadas e documentadas, em diferentes locais nos palácios assírios.
其他摘要：This article have to purpose to address some Assyrian practices of subjugation, torture and scourge, by the Assyrian reliefs and textual sources dating from the first millennium BC. These sources provide us with information about torture, subjugation and scourge, and policies concepts who based the constitution of the Assyrian empire. In this paper we discuss the treatment of dominated nations, realizing features that seek legitimacy, and the normalization of power and declaration of war and violence, followed by ideological concepts implicit in the composition of the reliefs that narrate the battles that were largely represented and documented at different locations in Assyrian palaces
