摘要：Este documento contiene una reflexión investi- gativa respecto del software y expone a lo largo de una explicación de conceptos (Propiedad in- telectual, propiedad industrial, derechos de au- tor, Nuevas Creaciones etc.), cómo éste, a través de su protección es pilar fundamental del desa- rrollo de las tecnologías de la información en la historia. Sin embargo, este documento única- mente pretende estudiar el ámbito relacionado con la propiedad intelectual y, específicamente, los derechos de autor y las nuevas creaciones.
