摘要：A mobile ad hoc network is a decentralized system in which each node participates in the routing tasks by forwarding data for other nodes and dynamically self-organizes the network. In such networks every node acts as a server and as a client at the same time. MANET is an autonomous system of mobile routers (and associated hosts) connected by wireless links - the union of which forms an arbitrary graph. The main issue in MANET is routing. Basically two important routing in MANET are reactive and proactive routing and in this paper optimized link state routing is the area of interest. Various papers have been studied and it is found that there are some obstacles like memory overhead, bandwidth consumption and long delay which degrade its performance so, some modification can be done in the existing OLSR protocol.
