摘要：In this paper we present a deeper view on the methods and the application considered in wireless Optical Code Division Multiple Access (OCDMA) systems. The high cost of reconfiguring and maintaining in wired networks makes wireless an economical and flexible alternative to wired system. The advantages of using infrared medium in LAN are noted. Properties of the wireless links are analyzed. Since system architecture plays an important role, the transmitter and receiver models are discussed and their limitations are presented. Modulation schemes are noted and the advantages of different wireless links are studied.
