摘要:Multiple focal setting self- calibration is applied in a photogramrnetric testproject, partially designed to ascertain the practicability of employing anon-metric camera (the Hasselblad SOOC) for laboratory structural testing .A simultaneous recovery of "stable" camera calibration parameters relatingto three focussed object distances is afforded by the inclusion of focalsetting-and block- invariant additional parameter sets in the photogramrnetricadjustment. The mathematical formulation of the multi ple focal settingself-calibration technique is reviewed and shortcomings in the functionalmodel which arise when using an "amateur" camera of unstable inner orientationare noted . Results obtained in the investigation are evaluated, andthe accuracy and precision attained are discussed with reference to theimage coordinate residuals, the derived camera calibration parameters,object point determinations , and invariant measures of precision
