  • 摘要:Many problems existed in the planning of urban fire station locations in China. Based on geographical network model and GIS, this paper proposes a method for gradual optimization of fire station locations, which considers its geographical network attribute, and optimizes the fire station locations as well as the coverage areas. The result of a case study on some city's fire station plan shows it is scientific and effective. The proposed method can also be used for locating other public facilities, such as clinics and hospitals
