摘要：One week long IGSM (International Geodetic Student Meeting) was arranged in Espoo Finland in June 2004. In this paper we will present the structure of our student based organization behind all the various events of our meeting and essential facts relating to the successful arranging of this kind of international student meeting. We will also present the four main phases of planning and realisation of our event: 1) preliminary announcing and free brainstorming, 2) specifying suitable categories and forming task-based teams, 3) action phase and combining results of teams' work and 4) collecting feedback and conclusion
