摘要：Stress is one of the issues that, despite the progress of science and technology has always beenassociated with man and man could never completely away from it. Stress the importance of not just the economiclosses, but also because of its negative effects on people's physical and mental health organizations in their programsmuch attention to the traffic police officers, control and reduce stress in the workplace so that the costs associatedwith physical and psychological stress, reduce injuries and improve the efficiency of their employees. The study byexamining job stress factors and insurance Bank Pasargad covered in this direction with dimensions of job stressquestionnaire Dubrin model (2014) was among the 355 people to collect information. Using Pearson correlation andstatistical analysis to conclude we stress that all the factors on the performance of work Dubrin the lack of jobsecurity and job stress affect personal and business performance and changes in a person's life is minimallyeffective.
