标题:Surveying the Relation between Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment (Case Study: Bank Refah Kargaran (Refah Bank) in Tehran Province (Districts 1 and 2)
摘要:The goal of this research is designed to review the relation between organizational justice and organizational commitment among the personnel of Bank Refah Kargaran (Refah Bank) in Tehran Province (districts 1 and 2). In this research, 263 personnel were selected by stratified random sampling method based on Krejcie and Morgan Table. The standard questionnaire of Niehoff and Moorman (1993) was used to measure the aspects of organizational justice and the standard questionnaire of organizational commitment (Allen and Meyer 1993) was used to measure organizational commitment. This research is constituted of one main and nine sub hypotheses. Spearman statistical methods and Friedman ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results of Spearman test indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational justice and its aspects (distributive, procedural and interactional) and organizational commitment aspects (normative, emotional and continuous). The results of Friedman ANOVA test rejected the assumption based on equality of mean rank of triple aspects of organizational justice and commitment and showed that interactional justice and emotional commitment have the highest scores as compared to other organizational justice and commitment in the organization.
