摘要：One of the usual needs of humanity from the past to now is the need for awareness of new events. These events can include the whole subject and issues which if have the necessary criteria, it can be recognized as News and will be notified. In addition, since the media of Islamic Republic of Iran is an Islamic media and is established and act based on values of Islam, it is expected to do essential activities in order to achieve appropriate coverage of news related to religious issues and no negligence in notifying of mentioned news. However, evidence shows that the area that is largely neglected is issues and events, and news about religion. It is expected that IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Corporation) carry out main tasks, educational and informative tasks on this field of news. In this study, the Delphi method is used and some of experts in the field of communication participated in this method. The results imply that religious news in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) is more informative and lack of persuasive approach is observed
