标题：The relative importance of e-readiness on purposeful organizational forgetting and strategic innovation (Case study of the Customs General Administration, Astara border port)

摘要：Examining the impact of e-readiness components on purposeful organizational forgetting and strategic innovation is the main purpose of this study. The population of current research involves all employees of border customs of Astara port that is 148 subjects. According to the Cochran formula to determine the sample size, 107 participants were selected randomly as the sample. To gather the necessary data a questionnaire including 42 questions was designed and distributed among the sample members. Finally 102 completed questionnaires were collected. Validity of the questionnaire was enhanced by consultation with faculty members specializing in this field and its reliability was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analyzing was conducted by descriptive statistics. Demographic data was used for classification, preparation of charts and frequency tables. Then, using simple regression and Pearson coefficient and relative importance technique research hypotheses were discussed. The results show that any aspect of e-readiness and strategic innovation impacts on organizational forgetting. The component of ethics in the electronic environment provides the most effect and organizational policy has the least impact on purposeful organizational forgetting. Moreover, electronic leadership provides the most effect and organizational policy has the least impact on strategic innovation. At the end, with regard to the hypotheses testing some suggestions were presented
