摘要:Objective: research is done to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of creativity therapy in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression after the birth of pregnant women. Method: This research was conducted in a form of semi-experimental and in a model of pretest-posttest design with control group. The sample consisted of 30 women referred to the Damavand’s psychology clinic that has had postpartum depression and anxiety. This group was selected randomly and then was assigned to experimental and control groups of 15 persons. Sample responded to Anxiety and (BAI), depression (BDI) Beck questionnaire. The interferential program includes an educational package of 8 sessions (3 hours of creative therapy that was held in the form of workshop. Findings: The results showed that between experimental and control groups after the intervention; there is a significant difference in the symptoms of anxiety and depression. The average of experimental group in symptoms of depression and anxiety was less than the average of control group. Conclusion: The results showed that the clinical model of creative therapeutic is a intervention efficacy method to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and was confirmed its effectiveness.
