摘要：The increasing challenges, growing markets, rising customers' expectation and… are some of the factors that intensify need to ERP systems in organizations. Several factors affect the success of implementation of these systems and identify important factors could contribute to the success of any further implementation of these systems. In this study, the combination of PSO algorithm and artificial neural network were used to identify important factors and factors such as management of structures, attention to organizational culture, the need for change and …were identified as important factors.
