摘要：We said good-bye to Professor Ewaryst Jaskólski on2 July 2007 at the Cemetery of the Holy Family inWroclaw (Poland). The funeral procession somehowrefl ected the Professor’s broad activity and authorityin various circles. Next to family and numerous friendsnot connected with his professional activity, he waspaid the last tribute by scholars from all over thecountry, artists, students of Wroclaw universities,activists, coaches and competitors from all Wroclawjudo clubs (among them World, European and PolishChampionships medallists) and from other nationalclubs, a populous group of hunters, representativesof the military, the police, prison guards, as well asholders of Ph.D. and M.A. titles and judo coachespromoted by the Professor
