摘要：Present era is the era of science and technology where students spend their time onTV, Movie, Computers, Cell Phones, Laptops, Tablets, type digital screen more than books andprinted material. In this age, importance of movies cannot be denied by present age of students.This significance has even been increased for adults. As soon as some movies release fromHollywood, Bollywood, Lollywood or anywhere from the world, students and especially graduatestudents become anxious and crazy to watch those movie. Educationists and researchers arethinking about E-Book concept and including movies in curriculum. Purpose of the presentresearch also to explore impacts of movies by helping the learners of L2 in improving theirstudents listening skills for the post graduate students. AV aids were used in the class of 40Punjabi EFL students for 12 weeks in Punjab, Pakistan. Pre-tests and the post tests revealedsignificant results. The students’ interest for learning L2 was increased and they were able toimprove their listening skill rapidly.
