摘要：This study examined the Occupational Stress of teachers working in the educational colleges of Ludhiana district . 200 teacher educators were taken from Ludhiana district were chosen as sample, by using Simple Random Sampling Technique and administered with an Occupational Stress Rating Scale. The statistical techniques employed were t- test , percentage, mean, SD and the results were analyzed accordingly. The results revealed that there exists a positive relationship of occupational stress and adjustment of teacher educators. The results also revealed that that there is significant difference between the occupational stress of males and females teacher educators.
