摘要：Ever since the world began it has been in a constant state of change. Ever since humans learned to wield a stone axe their ability to add to the process of change has increased. Science and technology have accelerated and deepened change over the last three centuries. These changes have created many benefits but are now causing considerable concern amongst some people.
